KSU TRIO Upward Bound Math & Science Program at East Paulding High School went to the Illuminarium on February 25, 2023 to learn more about space through interactive and immersive exhibits. They flew through a technicolor nebula, kicked up dust on the moon, examined Saturn’s rings, and wove through an asteroid belt to see space like few have before them - up close and personal.

These sorts of field trips are incredibly important to students, these experiences expose them to potential fields of study and opportunities for future careers they might not have seen otherwise. KSU TRIO is proud to be a part of their educational journey.
