The Review Process

Files are evaluated based on this criteria:

  • Legal standards: Does it adhere to our IP & Legal guidelines?
  • Technical qualities: Does the template work as expected?
  • Deliverables: Do all files adhere to Technical Guidelines?
  • Playback: Does the template have good playback in the app?
  • Similarity: Is the content too similar to another Stock template already submitted?
  • Spamming: Are there more than 5 variations per template type and/or category?
  • Metadata: Are the titles/categories/app versions/keywords accurate?

Files are reviewed in the order they are received. Wait time varies due to volume, but generally you will receive feedback or notice within four weeks.

Resubmits

There is no limit in terms of resubmitting a rejected templates. If your template continues to be rejected, we will no longer allow it for consideration.

After you have addressed all changes from our feedback, you may resubmit for review. When resubmitting, do not change the file names within the Folder.

Tip: For resubmissions increment the version number in the Batch Folder filename. Do not change any other file names unless instructed to in feedback.
