Unique Partnerships Introducing our first group of Unique Partnerships! When we brew or sell our coffees we share our profits with inspiring folks across the area. Learn more about how we operate @ the Impact Page. If you're interested in making a contribution please email Colleen@ManyHandsCoffee.com

Many Hands Coffee Co. is rooted in the idea of positive change through community connectedness and profit-sharing. As we vend and grow our wholesale business, we share our profits with folks in our region doing incredible things in their hyper-local communities.

When donating through our Venmo Account make sure to articulate which Unique Partnership you intend to support with your contribution. Thank you for helping us to strengthen our community and sharing the love! Coffee, Brewing Change.

Native American House Alliance (NAHA) is an urban non-profit that will promote the general welfare of Native Americans in the Philadelphia area. There is a growing need for social services among the Native American community in the Philadelphia area. There are over 6,000 Native Americans living in Greater Philadelphia, many with no ties to their culture or tribes. We will strive to preserve and protect Native American history, and culture, as well as conserve and protect Native American sites and places.

7201 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia PA. 19119.

"Avenues Café started in 2021 and has a philosophy of building a community—a place where connections are made. As a proudly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ owned business, we welcome all with open arms."

"Food Moxie partners with schools and community organizations to activate educational growing spaces that offer experiential learning in gardening, farming, nutrition, and culinary arts. We encourage our partners to engage with our growing spaces in ways that meet their individualized needs. We also provide the tools and resources necessary to inspire our communities to grow and cook at home."

Weavers Way Co-op's Mt. Airy store is at the intersection of Greene Street and Carpenter Lane in West Mt. Airy, our home for more than 40 years. Inside 559 Carpenter, our heavily converted row home, you’ll find two floors filled with great local, natural, and organic food. We also offer one of the largest bulk departments in the region, with hundreds of items including nuts, grains, flour, sugar, olive oil, honey, and liquid detergent — not to mention plenty of wholesome-and-yummy snacks.

Founded by Renny Molenaar and Rocio Cabello in 2012, the iMPeRFeCT Gallery was created with the intention and hope of becoming a voice in the community and in the ongoing conversation with the art world. The approach to this work is that of facilitator, where artists of very different persuasions can present themselves and their work with as much freedom as possible. Programing includes monthly exhibitions, performances and other events; it is also our intention to bring art out of the gallery, with the creation of works in public places, the publishing of limited edition prints and an active presence on the Internet. We as artists strongly believe in the transformative powers that the arts bring to our lives, we want to share that experience and inspire action and change.

Germantown Espresso Bar was founded by Jeff Podlogar and Miles Butler in early 2017, with our brick & mortar opening to the public in August of that year. Since then we've grown to be a family of more than 10 co-owners and employees. We spend our time conversing with our neighbors, playing with tiny dinosaurs, drinking amazing coffee, listening to and making music, and keeping engaged with local happenings and movements. We are a space committed to offering delicious, sustainable, and affordable coffee, locally sourced food and drinks, and a safe space for all neighbors to congregate.

Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia helps launch motivated middle school students on a path to competitive high schools, setting a critical foundation for college and career success. We also recruit college students to teach in our program, building a pipeline of diverse and talent educators.

The Open Door is a unique community gathering place, located on the Germantown Friends School campus. Conceived by a committee of parents, faculty and friends, and funded by GFS alumni, this hybrid space is a place for conversation over coffee and snacks, studying between classes, collaboration with fellow students, and exploration between students and faculty.

Big Events

We have also raised funds and spread awareness while vending with our Coffee Truck at both public and private events across the Philadelphia area! Here are just a few of the larger events and partners we've been at so far in our first year.

We had a blast serving the amazing crowd at the XPONENTIAL Music Fest. We helped to raise funds and awareness for Find Your Instrument! (FYI!). FYI! gives children in under-resourced schools the chance to discover their singing voices and experience the joy of choral music, opening up cultural, social and academic doors of life-changing opportunity.

Juneteenth Festival in Germantown was a beautiful, empowering, and joyous celebration of freedom. We were especially thrilled to be just steps away from our Roasting Facility on Germantown Ave and to partner with our neighbors the Johnson House Historic Site, a Center for Social Advocacy (CSA). "The Johnson House is a historic house museum that represents what everyday people have done and can do to make a difference in their community and beyond. Our example of partnership—between Africans seeking freedom and the “infidel” abolitionist Johnson family—serves as a catalyst to inspire, uplift and empower current and future generations. We accomplish our goals by creating interactive educational opportunities, fostering community initiatives and preserving the historic integrity of the house, grounds and outlier buildings."

We loved vending at The Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta which is the largest collegiate regatta in the United States, with over 100 colleges and Universities from the U.S. and Canada. We were partnered with the Friends of Wissahickon. The Friends of the Wissahickon, official park partner of Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, conserves and improves the 1800-acre Wissahickon Valley Park. FOW’s dedicated community of members and volunteers have supported the wild beauty of the park since 1924. Staff and volunteers work with expert contractors and environmental scientists to mitigate stormwater runoff into the watershed, reduce erosion, and address the impacts on the native habitat posed by climate change. Volunteer hours and membership dollars support our work to sustain this special urban oasis.

Stay tuned for more updates as we grow and meet new inspirational people doing important work in our city and beyond!
