With Prom just around the corner, there are many questions surfacing. Where do I buy tickets? Can I bring a guest from another school? Read on to have these questions answered with the help of student's.
Dance Times & Admission
Make sure to attend the dance by 9:30 pm. Students are not allowed to leave or reenter once they are inside the building. All coats will be checked when you enter the dance.
Tickets
Tickets for Prom can be purchased through an email that was sent to the junior and senior class or by scanning the QR codes in the hallways.
Tickets are $32 each and sales are final. Refunds will only be granted to those who are quarantined or are positive for Covid-19.
These tickets also include parking, so once you buy a ticket you have also paid for parking.
Dance Guest Permission Form
Bringing a date who doesn't attend Kilbourne for prom requires a few steps to be taken.
If you are bringing a guest to the dance make sure to print and fill out the WKHS Dance Guest Permission Form that is attached to the email that is sent to each class or pick up a printed form in the Student Services or Co-Curricular offices.
Please return the form to Co-Curricular by Thursday, May 5th. And the ticket price still remains the same even if you are a guest.
What to do after prom
Every year Prom's after party is at Sawmill Lanes bowling alley. This year it is from 11 pm-1:30 am. You have to register online by May 7th.
You are in for a fun night that includes prizes and more.
Levi Knuth, sophomore class president, shares " This years after party includes prizes that can come from winning your bowling round or a fun trivia."
Theme for prom
The theme for Prom this year is Enchanted Fairy Garden.
Audrey Enami, a junior student representative, shares " We chose to have this team because the conservatory is filled with plants, so we felt this matched really well. The venue is going to be filled with fake grass and fairy lights."
