CASING (front)- protects the inside parts of the camera from being damaged and prevents light from getting to the film
SHUTTER- controls how long film is exposed to light and closes at a set time
LENS (alone)- redirects beams of light bouncing off an object to come together and form a picture
FILM- when pics are taken, light strikes part of the film allowing to to record the image
FLASH CIRCUIT- makes a short flash of bright light when the shutter is released
GAS DISCHARGE TUBE- Conducts electrical current by moving electrons from one electron to the next
