Kind

Today we supported Save the Children's, 'Christmas Jumper Day.' The children looked fantastic and had a great day.

We learned about how this charity helps children around the world in our Collective Worship today. Thank you for your donations. If you would like to donate, or see our current total, please click the link:

Safe

We are currently experiencing high levels of staff and pupil absence due to a number of positive Covid cases and other illnesses in school.

To keep everyone safe it is important for good hand hygiene to help prevent the spread of any further infections.

Pupil Voice - Digital Leaders

Our Digital Leaders were presented with their certificates and prizes for attending the Adobe Creative Professional Learning Event in Collective Worship this morning.

Our digital leaders have been busy trying to help children stay safe online. On Friday 2nd December, our digital leaders taught children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 how to use the tools in Adobe Creative Express to create anti-bullying web pages, posters and videos. They prepared the lessons carefully and were fantastic teachers!

You can find out more about our Digital Leaders by visitingĀ https://www.mineraprimary.com/digital-leaders/

After School Football Club

This week saw the last after school football session of the term. It has been wonderful to see children from Years 1 to 6 getting involved and enjoying playing football together.
