What is the Photographic Showcase?
It is a competition!
You are invited to submit a maximum of three photographs that represent your MA learning journey throughout this year.
Thinking about one or more photos that represent your learning journey will help you reflect on your experiences this year. Each person’s journey will be very different and there are many different types of journey that you might want to represent. Be creative!

How do I submit my photo(s)?
Submit your photos to Padlet. If you want to submit more than one photo, just add multiple posts on Padlet. You can access padlet through the QR code or click here
ALL Photos must include the following information:
Title: Give a name to your journey
Description: (max. 100 word) Explain how the photos connect and how they represent your learning journey at the University of Manchester
Your student ID: Make sure that you include your student ID at the end of the post so that we can contact the winners. Please DO NOT write your name on your post.
You can submit up to three photos. Each photo should have its own title and description: one photo that represents an aspect of your postgraduate journey
The deadline for photo submission is midnight (UK Time) 25th April 2021.
Voting will open on 26th April and close on 2nd May
Prizes will be awarded to the photos that receive the most votes. The prizes are University gift shop vouchers. These can be spent online and if you are not in Manchester, the gift shop will be able to post your gift to you. Costs for postage will vary by weight and country, but can be covered with the voucher. .
The prizes are as follows:
1st prize £100
2nd prize £75
Three runner-up prizes of £50 each
Note that you can only win one prize even if you submit three photos. If you have two or more photos in the top places, you will receive the highest value prize only.
