Your Professions will be coming out of Covid restrictions and back to work very soon. Just like an athlete, you will need to prepare for the physical demands of your work.
Let’s be honest. Unless you have been doing upper body and core strength work at home, you will have lost some of your normal strength and endurance.
If you return to full time normal duties or even that PLUS overtime in order to catch up, you must prepare your bodies for the loads ahead.
The body areas at risk are your neck, shoulders, forearms, fingers and back.
