- Household costs remain low; only 3% increase from what we pay today.
- 42% decrease in carbon dioxide emissions.
- 29% decrease in air pollutants such as NOx and SO2 (emissions occur outside Wasatch Front).
- 76% decrease in the amount of water used to produce electricity.
- Heavier reliance on one fuel source—natural gas—makes us susceptible to energy supply disruption and price spikes.
As we can see the cost of this energy source is still low and only a 3% increase by 2050. The Allosaurus is a greater choice for the low usage of coal, toxic components and zero percent of nuclear source.
QUAKING ASPEN and SEGO LILY are not the best plan for its increase in household cost and the harmful components. Quaking aspen has a 12% increase from what we pay today and 20% nuclear energy. Sego lily has an even greater household cost percentage of 58%.
