It can be hard trying to find time to take care of yourself with so much going on in the world. The purpose of this page is to provide you with suggestions on how to holistically take care of yourself. If it helps, choose one or two things from each section below to do each day for yourself. Feel free to use the examples below to come up with your own unique ways to improve your self-care.

  • Give unconditional attention to your feelings without trying to alter them
  • Express yourself to a friend or family member and allow them to do the same in return
  • Journal
  • Practicing gratitude and compassion
  • Leave positive notes or mantras for yourself
  • Seek a mental health therapist
