• better return policy (can return at any time with or without tags after working out in the product if not fully satisfied)

Weaknesses-

• only aimed towards women
• doesn't have as many accessories

Lululemon:

Strengths-

• also sells to men
• bigger brand name

Weaknesses-

• more expensive
• rarely marks down items
• not as good return policy (can return within 14 days with all tags attached)

Opportunities/ Threats:

Athleta:

Opportunities- going to expand to Europe & Asia and thinking about making more products for men

Threats- a lot of competitors for athletic apparel (Nike, Under Armor, etc.)

Lululemon:

Opportunities- focusing in North America

My Recommendation:

I would recommend Athleta because even though Lululemon has a bigger brand name, Athleta has the same quality products for a better price and return policy
