布裡生花 (設計馬蒂斯風格花布)
名稱：Opposite
作者：狄紫言（西班牙）
創作理念：I started using a colour palette that I liked, picking the purple and blue tones first and creating random shapes for the background. I added some orange shapes because it is the opposite of blue, to create some contrast. Lastly I used an ink pen to draw some flowers and leaves.
名稱：A Playful Dispute

創作理念：After observing Candy's work, and her inspiration drawn from Matisse's organic shapes, I wanted to break up the composition between the long yellow line drawn from one corner of the canvas the other. I chose contrasting pinks, greens and a cream accent color to help with the contrast in the painting. After laying down the base colors, I went in with acrylic paint markers and added several variations of lines, and shapes to create opposite movement from the yellow line to draw the eye from corner to corner. This was a playful piece that I find to be cheerful and fun to look at.

創作理念：I like orcas, they are beautiful and the thing we don't realize is that they are KILLER whales, so I placed a dolphin as well because they are also really dangerous creatures despite what they look like. Finally, I placed them with a shark because they are all in the same category. Beautiful and dangerous. In regards to the sea, it is with a storm representing their danger but it is beautiful representing such beauty if these majestic creatures

創作理念：This work of art is a romantic fusion of various shades of blue, silver, pink, red, and purple. The view from above pushes one to picture many depths of the ocean. A viewer may even imagine the silver as the ocean foam or a typhoon approaching the sea life. Whatever the sea brings, its creatures, plants and animals alike, love riding the waves!
名稱：Nogales島（客音：doˋ）

創作理念：My painting was inspired by my hometown, which happens to be an island like Taiwan. The difference is that there the ocean is dark blue amd we ofter have big waves. This is the reason why the sea I wanted to imitate is dark blue but fades into white, like when the waves break in the shore and it mixes with the white. I also added some flower pattern from the Hakka fabric we were given, simply because I thought it looked beautiful.
