**The application fee is due at the time the screening application is returned. This payment can be made through check, cashiers check, money order, or over the phone with a debit/credit card or an ACH transaction with associated fees. We DO NOT accept cash payments. Debit/Credit card transaction have a fee of $2.95 + 3.25% of the transactions total. ACH payment has a flat fee of $2.50.
**First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and the security deposit are due at the time of the lease signing. These fees can be paid through check, cashiers check, or money order. We DO NOT accept cash payments or paying over the phone for these payments.
What you will need to submit to submit along with your screening application:
2 Forms of ID: Driver’s License, State ID, Social Security Card, Visa, or Passport.
3 Months of Most Recent Income Verification: Paystubs, Social Security Award Letter, Disability Award Letter, or Bank Statements.
