Salted Citrus Sour Mix ($29) Our house salted citrus cordial sold separately. An all-around great base for Margaritas. Can also be mixed with bubbles, club soda, tonic water and even added to your vodka/soda or gin tonics or non-alcoholic spirit. Made from leftover citrus husks, we create a cordial and use it as our sour base in many of our cocktails.

Iwai Blue Label Japanese Whisky, 750ml ($40) Kiichiro Iwai, the name sake for this Mars Whisky, was a silent pioneer of Japan whisky. This whisky is inspired by great whiskies of America. A majority of corn balanced with light malt aged in ex bourbon barrels. Ideal for daily sipping, in a mint julep or an old fashioned. TASTING NOTES: Sweet with fruit flavors like pear, quince and hints of red fruits and vanilla

Millet Armagnac, 750ml ($52) The Château de Millet is located at Eauze, Gers, in Gascony right at the heart of Armagnac. First dedicated to mixed farming and production of Armagnac. On the nose, there is fresh citrus oil, light vanilla, and floral notes. On the palate, a bit of young spirit driven spice comes out, alongside delicate peach and pear, a slight acidity, and wet stone. Great for Sidecars, Brandy Alexanders and served neat in a cognac glass.

Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, liter ($50) Bittersweet vermouth. Floral. Cherries, citrus, vanilla, dried cherries and raisins. Perfect for Negronis or on the rocks.

Dolin Dry Vermouth, 375ml ($15) Slightly sweet, with a subtle golden tint, our dry vermouth has a generous and rich nose with hints of citrus bark underscored by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone fragrances dominate the slightly bitter citrus base.
