Dr. Howell, our senior pastor, is away on a sabbatical he was due to take when the pandemic descended. We celebrate this gift of time for him to travel, study, write, and rest.

While Dr. Howell is away, enjoy his video series Surprising Things I Learned in Seminary...that Everyone Should Know and his biweekly emails, which he prepared to roll out through the summer. Click here to join the list if you’re not already subscribed, and click here to access the archive if you missed an email.

Maybe I’m Amazed Podcast: Dr. Howell talks about therapeutic landscapes and healing places with Dr. Wil Gelser, author of Healing Places and retired Professor of Geography at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Gelser's major research interest is health care delivery, and he has made significant contributions to cultural geography, Africa, and social theory. Click here to listen and subscribe.

Your ongoing generosity to our church Operating Fund makes it possible for our Youth Ministry to provide formative Christian education, fellowship and celebrate 74 confirmands this year.
