Port Arthur raised, Music Artist and Songwriter, Lo Trillinger is a true example of the fact that although MANY odds will be thrown against you as an aspiring artist, true talent, hard work and perseverance will prevail and will be rewarded in this new generation of the music industry.
Born Angelo Wright on May 24th in Port Arthur, Tx, Angelo moved to Orange when he was six years old. Angelo loved all genres of music, but grew up listening to Zro, UGK, ESG and other Texas hip-hop artists.
He also was an avid fan of R&B artists Musiq Soulchild, Tory Lanez, Carl Thomas and the Dream. During his musical listening journey, he found rock inspiration in Nivana, Korn, and Metallica.
Angelo started writing at the age of 11, but he felt had no one would be interested in hearing him rap outloud. At the age of 18, while out in the streets of Orange, he met artist, Miss Money from Houston, Tx who assisted him in recording what would become his first published songs.
He remained in Orange until the age of 21 until he was forced to evacuate to Houston due to Hurricane Rita.
While in Houston, he lived with his cousin awaiting money for the hurricane evacuation. At the age of 22, Lo continued to record tracks until he linked up with Hezeleo of UGK and became one of the featured artists on the song "Hit An Never Miss" with Pimp C in 2007.
Pimp C would later pass away that same year.
Lo moved to Dallas, Tx for seven months to work and wound up back in Houston for barber school where he also became a tattoo artist. He stopped spending time in the studio and writing due to work long days at two jobs.
Stressed, overworked, and depressed, he began writing and recording again under the new name Lo Trillinger inspired by Daz Dillinger from DPG.
Reinventing himself against all the odds that separated him from his music, inspired him to make "Not a Real Song" and "Trill Smith" to which he later filmed his first video.
Shortly, after the release of these music videos and the release of his second video “Pimpin The Game” which Trillinger recorded over the instrumental of a song by Future Hendrix.
In mid-2017, Trillinger met SUC Legend, ESG.
ESG, who has become well-known for co-signing greats such as Lil Flip and Kirko Bangz, brought together Trillinger, Louisiana Artist ‘Yo Gutta’ and Berklee University Graduate and Singer out of Sherman, TX, ‘JTronius’ together to form “The Trill Republik”.

On the birthday of SUC Founder, DJ Screw, Trillinger released a music video in conjunction with the music app, Solid Art, in which he paid homage to the late, great Screw pioneer by creating his OWN remix to DJ Screw’s original “My Mind Went Blank”.
Currently, Lo continues to tour with the Trill Republik led by President of The Trill Republik, ESG, and has established his OWN brand and squad “MuerteGang”.
