Hi! My name is Giangthanlung Mpamei and I am the percussion teacher at Lancers International School. I hold Grade 8 (eight) Trinity College of London Rock and Pop Drum exam with Merit. Specializing in Drums (Rock school & Trinity Rock and Pop).

This is my 2nd year at Lancers International School. My key role as a music teacher is to ensure effective learning, share my knowledge, evaluate students โ€˜social and academic growth and prepare curriculum summaries and passion with the student and make them fall in love with their instruments.

Music has always been a major part of my life. It moves me, it educates me and it makes me grow. It is one of the great languages to help you explore ideas. I grew up listening to a lot of genres especially Rock and Metal, but also have an inclination towards Blues Music, Jazz Music, Rock and Roll Music, Country Music, Soul Music, etc. and I have collaborate with numerous band/musicians and performed with them. Music is all around us. We just need to acknowledge with best knowledge and resources available. I hope my students will enjoy and experience music in broader ways.
