Claiming Your Commencement Guest Tickets GuideAll guests require a ticket to attend your commencement ceremony
Students will receive an email and get access to claim additional Commencement guest tickets through your student account manager. Initially students will be able to claim up to 5 guest tickets. The first period for guest tickets will be open from 3/18 @10am - 4/4 @5pm and if space allows the period will be reopened on 4/7 @10am and close 4/25 at 5pm.
1. Log into the Student Account Manager with your university email and your password (The email address you received your claim email at). If you do not have your password, click the button below for instructions to set or reset your password.
Once logged in, your screen will look like the picture below.
2. Click "Commencement Guest Tickets" under the dropdown menu under "Get Tickets" at the top left of the screen.
3. You will then be brought to the Commencement guest ticket claim screen. There you will see the date and time of the ceremony you will be participating.
4. You will then follow the on screen directions to claim your tickets.
5. Once you have added the desired amount of tickets you wish to claim to your cart, click the cart icon at the top right of the screen to progress to your cart and to checkout.
6. Confirm your quantity and accept the terms and conditions then select 'Place Order' to complete your transaction.
7. Once you successfully claim your tickets, you can view, print and manage your tickets from the 'Manage Tickets' screen.
