This is an example portfolio demonstrating my knowledge and development for the Running unit of Health & Fitness Level 2

Getting Started

Getting started - there are various apps, activities you can use to start running. It is important to check with your doctor before starting. The NHS have a popular programme as well as Zen Labs C25K. Both can be downloaded for free although you can upgrade with Zen Labs and get more detailed programmes and analytics. I used Zen Labs C25K. I also used a Garmin Watch to record activities, this is not essential but great for monitoring progress and looking back on how far you have come.
