#22 Bree Horrocks

#BoilerNotes

  • Became the fifth player in Purdue history (second Boilermaker in 2015-16) to shoot 100 percent from the floor with at least seven FG attempts, hitting 7-of-7 against Incarnate Word
  • All 15 points came in the fourth quarter against the Cardinals, matching the highest quarter output by a Boilermaker
  • Grabbed a career-best 11 rebounds against Minnesota, including six on the offensive end
  • Was perfect from the field on six occasions this year, including four efforts with at least three field goal attempts
  • Finished second on the team in field goal percentage, hitting 50 percent from the floor on the year
  • Posted the fewest turnovers per minutes played on the team, committing just 10 in 452 minutes on the year
  • 2016 Academic All-Big Ten and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar
Bree is very agile, very athletic for her size...she allows us to do some different things defensively.

#10 Andreona Keys

#BoilerNotes

  • Played 986 minutes in 2015-16, ninth-most of any sophomore in school history
  • Has played in every game (63) since stepping on campus, starting 42
  • Became the fourth player in Purdue history to shoot 100 percent from the floor with at least seven FG attempts, hitting 7-of-7 in the season opener against Jacksonville State
  • Put up a career-high 18 points, nine rebounds and three steals at Northwestern on Jan. 7, converting 7-of-12 from the floor
  • Earned her first career double-double, finishing with 10 points and 11 rebounds in the Barn Burner win over Indiana
  • Boilermakers finished 14-3 on the year when Keys grabbed at least five rebounds
  • Tied for ninth in the conference in offensive rebounds per game, averaging 2.5
  • Received the Dr. Ruth Jones Memorial Award at the postseason banquet
  • 2016 Academic All-Big Ten
She can get to the paint and create for herself or somebody else...she is crucial to our success with her ability to break people down.
Offensively, she put in the most work on our team this summer and her teammates are seeing it...she knows she's got to be a threat this year.
