1. your home away from home!

Every unit is furnished with your needs in mind. Please make yourself at home and note that everything in the unit is for your use.

Here are a couple of pointers to help you get the most out of your stay:

  • The WiFi network is A&B Hospitality. The case-sensitive password is Riverplace!
  • The Television is logged into our corporate Hulu account which includes live and local channels.
  • Red parking passes are for reserved underground parking only. Green parking passes are for our unassigned surface lot where you may park anywhere.
  • Check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 PM.
  • To lock the coded front door lock from outside the unit: enter code and turn knob towards door frame.
  • All of our units are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on any of our properties.
  • Gatherings or parties are not allowed.

Always something exciting going on, Oshkosh has made a name for itself as Wisconsin's 'Event City'.

SEE:

  • Oshkosh Public Museum: Located just one block from Riverplace, the Public Museum tells the story of the local area better than any check-in guide ever could. Interactive exhibits make it a great choice for the entire family. http://www.oshkoshmuseum.org/
  • Paine Art Center: rotating world-class art installations and exhibits and a peaceful garden open to the public. https://www.thepaine.org/
  • Historic Downtown: Downtown Oshkosh features a lively entertainment district with plenty of bars, restaurants, and art galleries. https://downtownoshkosh.com/
  • Oshkosh on the water: Surrounded by water, outdoor recreation activities abound in Oshkosh. Boat and kayak rentals are available as well for a day out on the lake.

  • Fox River Brewing Company: Across the street from Riverplace is the FRBC. Contemporary American fare and craft beers highlight this refined restaurant.   • Manilla RestoBar: Located downtown, Manilla offers contemporary Asian cuisine including Filipino dishes and Japanese Sushi. Enjoy a craft cocktail at their beautiful bar while you wait for a table. Reservations recommended. https://www.manilaresto.com/

  • EAA Airventure: The world's largest fly-in lands in Oshkosh for one week each July, making the Oshkosh control tower the busiest in the world! https://www.eaa.org/airventure
  • Oshkosh Waterfest: Thursday nights throughout the summer see Wisconsin's best community concert series take center stage at the Leach Ampitheater. Past acts have included The Doobie Brothers, Kenny Loggins, REO Speedwagon, and more. http://www.waterfest.org/
  • Oshkosh Farmer's Markets: Saturdays from April-October see Main Street taken over by local vendors selling organic produce, meats and cheeses, and other sundries. Musicians and food trucks also line the street making it a can't-miss.

  • Wagner Market: Featuring the best selection of beer and 40+ varieties of homemade bratwurst, Wagner Market located on Main Street is the go-to local market for high-end local meats, deli, produce, and more. https://wmgrocer.com/
  • Oshkosh Food Co-Op: Locally owned and operated, the Co-Op is a full grocery store located between Riverplace and downtown. At the Co-Op, local and organic offerings are prioritized. https://www.oshkoshfoodcoop.com/
  • Pick N' Save: Part of the Kroger family of stores, Pick N' Save is a large national grocer. Located about a mile from Riverplace.
  • Festival Foods: Wisconsin-based Festival Foods is a large grocery store with an emphasis on service and quality products. Great beer selection second only to Wagner Market.
