Once we finished SATs, we really challenged ourselves in maths.
We did a variety of practical activities in order to collect a variety of data.
We then presented this in a variety of ways: bar charts, line graphs, pie charts and scatter graphs.
We then used this data to calculate the mean, mode and median.
The year 6 children enjoyed a well-deserved trip to the trampoline park!
As well as lunch from McDonald’s!
We performed a Leavers’ assembly for parents where we shared lots of memories and performed a variety of songs.
We also shared our very own music video…
As well as share lots of memorable photographs of our time at Mapplewell!
What a year! You have all worked extremely hard, learnt so much, grown up so much and we have seen excellent progress from each and every one of you. We can honestly say it has been a pleasure to teach every single one of you - you have made us extremely proud. We hope you have enjoyed your time at Mapplewell, and we are sure you will have a fantastic time at secondary school.
With what ever you choose to do in life, do your best, be you best and we know you can achieve your best. But most importantly - be happy!
