A prepaid return shipping label is included with each rental package. Place the return labels over the old shipping labels, securely close the box with packing tape and contact the courier on the return label for pickup (see below for the parcel pick-up info for Purolator, Fed-Ex, or UPS). If the return shipping label(s) are not activated on the date due back then the rental will automatically be extended for the same period of time as the initial rental or as outlined in your agreed-upon Terms and Conditions.

FedEx – Please call 1-800-463-3339 or simply drop off the package at the nearest FedEx drop box.
UPS – Please call 1-800-742-5877 or simply drop off the package at the nearest UPS drop box.
