Yes, it’s the imaginatively titled…Week 3!

This week’s art was attempting to upscale our drawings from last week using large sheets of paper and charcoal. We were still focusing on line with a bit of shading thrown in. They have come out really rather well I think!
In PE, we continued with hockey and balance skills for sports.
In computing, we are still thinking about how games and apps work. We played a simple game first, then tried to work out what instructions might be needed. Using the terms if, then, start, finish and the good old yes and no, we tried following the decisions the game would have to make to work properly.
In maths, we were finding 10 more or less before moving on to sequences counting up and back in tens. Crossing 100 barriers can be quite tricky!
In our history, we continued looking at the Stone Age. We thought about the pictures we looked at last week and whether we could trust them. We looked at some shelters and though about whether we could trust what they looked like and what questions they generated that would help us find out more.

In our English sessions, we were planning our own version of Stone Age Boy. We kept them fairly similar to the original for our first go at a Talk 4 Write.
