We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter who will drive the hiring process in Poland.
Role Details
As an IT Recruiter you enable our company to attract the best IT talents and deliver more value for our clients.
What you can expect in this role:
- You help us to build an employer brand and the entire hiring process for our Poland office;
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs;
- Create a pool of local talents;
- Search, screen and attract of applicants for our open positions.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equal;
- You have a good understanding of technology and technical skills;
- Have a solid experience in recruitment processes and platforms;
- Besides that, you have very good interpersonal and communicative skills;
- You possess very good English skills (B2 at least);
- It would be great if you have a content writing skills.
We're hiring for our Poland Office
Place of work: Wroclaw (work from office or hybrid).
Who will you be working with? You will be working with our Delivery Director and CEO.
When will you start? ASAP
