A handsome brick block was erected in 1905 on Bridge Street by John L. Stein, Olof Peterson and Louis and Henry Bock, finished in only 8 months.

Now newly renovated, named The Jerome Event Center.

Local High School students worked to get a grant to paint the cornice of the buildings in the 70’s

• 1905: Built by Olof Peterson and Louis and Henry Bock.
• The space has been home to apartments, a cinema, a food store, a bar, a cafe, and most recently a hardware store before the building went vacant for years.
• 2019: The building was renovated and is now home to the Jerome Event Center and the ReFoundry
