Robert Randolph and the Family Band
Wednesday, July 4th 9:00PM
Robert Randolph is one of the most fascinating blues artists to come along in quite a while. His steel guitar technique is something to behold, effortlessly meshing styles from different genres. When the band goes off for an impromptu jam, just sit back and take it all in.
The Revivalists
Thursday, July 5th 9:00PM
Although they have been around for over ten years, The Revivalists broke through in a major way with their 2015 album "Men Amongst Mountains", which featured the smash hit Wish I Knew You. Out of New Orleans, the band is funky and upbeat. Not to be missed.
The Mavericks
Friday, July 6th 9:00PM
For most people at the fest, I suspect this will be their first introduction to the wonderful sound of The Mavericks. They are one of my favorite bands and I have no doubt that they will have everyone on their feet dancing in no time at all. Raul Malo has one of the sweetest vocal sounds you will hear and the band is at the top of their game.
George Thorogood & The Destroyers
Saturday, July 7th 9:00PM
For blues fans, George Thorogood needs no introduction. Thorogood & The Destroyers have racked up hit after hit over the course of a long career, including the staples Bad to the Bone and One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer. Last year's album "Party of One" saw Thorogood release his first-ever solo album with stripped-down versions of 14 prime cuts of the blues.
