PHASE TWO: THE “NEW” A-LIST

Honoring the Best of the Best in AREAA

AREAA is thrilled to share an exciting update regarding our very popular A-List. We are now working directly with industry leader RealTrends to create our 2022 A-List! This is a major step for us as RealTrends is the proven leader in industry rankings known for its “The Thousand” and “Americas Best Real Estate Professionals.”

We have entered Phase Two of the process.

If you did not qualify for Phase One (see below), AREAA has worked with RealTrends to create a second way to participate:

Individual Agent

  1. An individual must have closed 25-49 sides OR $10-$19.99 million in sales volume in 2021.
  2. You MUST also be an AREAA member by June 30. Click here to join.

Teams

  1. A team must have closed at least 40-74 sides OR $15-$29.99 million in sales volume in 2021.
  2. Team lead MUST also be an AREAA member by June 30. Click here to join.
  3. You MUST email Eloisa Bordador with the name of the team lead and full name of the team by June 30.

If you qualify, each individual or team will be charged $75. RealTrends asks for your credit card information on the first screen before submitting your information.

Registration begins on June 15 and closes on July 15.

FAQs

What was Phase One?

Registration for Phase One closed in March. This was done in conjunction with the RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and the RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand. The following were the minimum production required for Phase One:

Individual Agent

  1. An individual must have closed at least 50 sides OR $20 million in sales volume in 2021.
  2. You MUST also be an AREAA member by June 30. Click here to join.

Teams

  1. A team must have closed at least 75 sides OR $30 million in sales volume in 2021.
  2. Team lead MUST also be an AREAA member by June 30. Click here to join
  3. You MUST email Vanessa Shields with the name of the team lead and full name of the team by June 30.

What if I qualified for Phase One but did not enter?

You can participate in Phase Two of the A-List program, but you will NOT be included in the RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and/or the RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand.

Why have we partnered with RealTrends?

RealTrends is one of the leading organizations in our industry. Along with partner Tom Ferry International, RealTrends annually produces The Thousand and America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list highlighting agent productivity. RealTrends will power our list. We also benefit because RealTrends verifies data submissions with submitting brands and/or brokers, accountants, etc.

When will the A-List be announced?

Late August or early September

What happens if I make the A-List?

All named to the list will receive the following benefits:

  • Featured on the AREAA Website
  • Recognized in the Fall Issue of a|r|e Magazine
  • A-list award trophy
  • Invitations to exclusive events like the A-list Top Producer Luncheon at the AREAA National Convention
  • A-list branding to share with your network
