Portfolio content
One of the things I encourage students to do when I meet with them to work on portfolios, is to find their ideal job (or internship) and find out what the job qualifications are. This helps give them a guide to what should be in their portfolio. These are great conversations for you to have with students, as well as spotlighting what content from your class they could add to their portfolio.
If a hub would be helpful for your class, email Heather.

Lesson Plan Spotlight
I know many of you are looking for ways to incorporate technology in your classes. I thought this lesson is a great way to ask for a proposal in a different medium. In this lesson, students produce a video proposal for a research project - Students use Adobe Premiere Rush to create a video proposal to help them map out their trajectory for a larger research project.
This resource provides even more ideas - just click the begin with what do you want to create today? Button.
And of course I am available for collaboration on teaching, curating resources and ideating technology skills.
