The Momentum App is a platform that aims to connect the information disparity between students and organizations aimed to help them. Our team is bringing this vision to reality by providing personalized, interest-based instantaneous access to education, employment, and mentorship opportunities. For reference, we are essentially the “LinkedIn for Kids”. This bridges local students in a vicinity to similarly local resources that experience budget cuts every year because of underutilization.
For Spring 2020, the goal is to have this app initially launched in the CT Area where students will have opportunities to be directly paired to resources in their corresponding counties for free. As a novel engagement push, students will earn app currency for interaction and usage of the app. This can be used to purchase user-relevant items donated from our paying partners/resources on the app.
Is our hypotheses true?
