Rajdeep Maan (CEO)

Rajdeep Maan, 25% equity pre investment. International experience with import and export to China, as well as marketing Australian brands to Chinese customers. He has graduated from University with a 2:1 in Business Management, which included a 12 month student exchange in the USA. He has worked in the public health sectors in both the UK and Australia. Through this work he has developed an insight into Dementia and how it is dealt with in both countries. Raj keeps himself, and eSole, at the cutting edge of studies and developments by attending conferences around the UK. By networking with Dementia carers, and Champions from relevant societies, he has firsthand knowledge of what is needed and lacking in the market. To date, Raj has been responsible for using eSole’s limited resources to achieve maximum growth and progress. He has effectively micro managed the company, allowing for significant R&D development within an extremely tight budget.

Alex Mühlhölzl (CCO)

Alex Mühlhölzl, 15% equity pre investment. Alex’s expertise is commercial direction and development of products in a wide range of sectors. He has been the inventor and lead in equipment design and has developed a range of products, solutions, and technologies for everything from biotech/life-science through to the ICT sector. Alex is also the founder of Mikota Ltd (MKL) a marine collagen, immunology and anti-cancer company. He has extensive experience in identifying and solving problems in various markets and sectors and has held and holds several patents from aquaculture through to the stem cell therapy arena. Using these skills, he has set up, owned and operated businesses and companies, having most recently founded Mikota Ltd and Jellagen Pty Ltd (which recently closed a £1.4 million fund raise). Alex’s role is to guide business development and steer the day-to-day commercial and marketing operations to drive the company to an early success. He will also coordinate the sales, marketing and promotional milestones concerned with building the business on a range of fronts. He also provides support to the other facets of the business, with the aim to generate sales and customer awareness for eSole.

Raja Singh (CBDO)

Raj Singh, 25% equity pre investment. Raj Singh comes from a family of entrepreneurs. From a young age he worked in his Grandfather’s company liaising with customers and managing the paperwork, and now owns the company. He has also established several SMES, including the largest Asian Entertainment company in Wales. Raj also manages property development in the Cardiff area and is expanding his entertainment company into a fully fledged events company. Raj brings access to a strong UK network and valuable small business experience. He also has an MBA in Business Entrepreneurship and to date, has been responsible for developing eSoles brand image, networking to finding key industry links within the sector.

Marcos Magana (CTO)

Marcos Magana Herrmann, 25% equity pre investment. Has an international academic background mixing Computer Science & Media. He holds a B.A in Visual Communications (honors) by the University of Montemorelos, MEXICO, a Postgrad in Computer Animation by Sheridan Institute of Technology (honors) , CANADA and an MSc in Computer Game Development (merits) by former University of Glamorgan known today as University of South Wales in the UK.

His work experience ranges from Advertising, Film, Sales to Software Development having worked in Mexico, Canada, USA and UK. He has strong connections in the Health and Political sector in Mexico having worked in various political campaigns for senators and one for a presidential candidate including first hand experience in tech start-ups. He also was awarded with a full scholarship by the prestigious National Council of Science & Technology from Mexico (CONACYT).
