ABOUT ISRAEL
I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance at California State University, Fullerton. My expected graduation date is May 2023. I am currently a Real Estate Asset Manager for a private firm in Garden Grove, CA. Upon graduation, I want to expand my expertise into Equity Research and Wealth Management. I am also an Investment Analyst for Titan Capital Management in Fullerton, CA. Outside of school and work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending quality time with my family and dogs.

Asset Manager (Sep 2013 - Present)
- Manage a $53.5M portfolio of UPB to determine lucrative exit strategies following acceptable risk guidelines set by investor(s)
- Supervise and oversee expense reports for the REO properties division nationwide
- Conduct research and analysis on loan issues to provide solutions for non-performing loans on monthly basis
- Lead and work with borrowers to prevent defaults by modifying home loans on daily basis
- Underwrite and verify eligibility for numerous loan products on quarterly basis
TITAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Investment Analyst (May 2022 - Present)
- Develop and present monthly investment reports for the advisory board to review
- Build and present quarterly reports covering the positions held in the portfolio across multiple financial sectors. Rating each position as a Buy, Hold, or Sell with a detailed explanation of the key drivers for each rating.
- Create Equity Research Reports and Discount Cash Flow analysis models for various companies on monthly basis
- Analyze and identify leaders and laggards periodically with the S&P 500 index to identify alpha in the blended portfolio
