Concept

This booth will be designed to relive old memories and to create new ones. In the past ice cream was synonymous with the ice cream truck playing that that whimsical music; that got every child's taste buds springing. This is what CME will recreate for Crazy Jim.

Booth Features

The Truck (option A)

The main feature of the booth will be the infamous old school ice cream truck. This will have all the bells and whistle you would expect including the following:

• Wooden bus construction with vinyl print of truck design
• Real 18'' bus wheels and tires
• Real headlights and speaker system
• LED lights under the truck to highlight its features
• Windows that will double as ice cream serving area.
• The bus door to the front will be the access point for staff to enter.
• Inside will have display and storage counters
• Outside will have a digital display monitor to show menu items.

The Truck (option B)

• An actual Crazy Jim truck will be parked in the booth space.
• LED lights will be used to emphasize the trucks within the booth space.

This will be contained in a 10x10 space

The Lounge (option A)

The order side of the 10x10 space will be staged as outside lounge area and can also serve as an additional display area. It would have the look and feel of an out door bistro. This space will feature the following:

• Aluminium tables and chairs. With possible branded umbrellas
• Space for additional display.

Branding (Option A)

• Wall spaces within the booth that would be bear space will be capitalized on as areas for branding. This is shown in the 3D drawing.
• Branded trash cans (this will also be available in option B)

Booth Management

General Management

Your booth will be assigned a CME account executive that will oversee all booth activity before, during and after the expo.

Will conduct daily patrol and inspection of the booth.

Maintenance

The booth will be cleaned daily after the close of the expo activities

A maintenance worker will also be on call for any emergencies that may occur during the day’s activity

Technical Support

Technical support will be on call during the expo activities, for booth features which require such attention.
