On Monday, Sept. 12, SHS Lady Cards and the PMHS Falcons faced off in their annual rival volleyball game. The JV Cards lost to the Falcons, 0-2.

The JV team comes together after a play to encourage each other and earn the next point. The Lady Cards got a kill the play after.

The Varsity Cards lost in four sets, stealing one from the Lady Falcons for the first time in seven years. The scores were (21-25, 27-25, 19-25 and 15-25).

At the start of the match, the Varsity Cards come together in a huddle to get energy up before the set commences. The Cards started the game with the serve, and the energy stayed high for them to earn the first point.

Kiefner high-fives Mayer to congratulate her on getting a kill. The pair jumped up to block the ball shortly after.

The team comes together after Hamilton got a kill and scored the point. Hamilton's kill got the Lady Cards out of their slump and they got to serve afterwards.
