Cost of programme subsidised by shared stakeholders to leverage payment contributions from education providers

Commissioning partners may include education, health, employment, criminal justice and private sector bodies

Payment by results options available to minimise risk and guarantee results

8 Health Mentors deployed within 8 to 16 schools across targeted key stages for an academic year

320 primary beneficiaries (most vulnerable) and over 3,000 secondary beneficiaries (all pupils)

Illustrative investment offers 50% subsidy for schools and could be shared between one or more commissioners, each with their own performance metrics and outcomes
