VIDEOS

R&B sensation J. Waiters and Hip Hop heavyweight John Jigg$ unite for a chilling, air gasping video. “Walk a Mile” is produced by Poetic Killa with video production by Footprint the Movement. While wearing a t-shirt that reads “get your knee off our necks”, J. Waiters sets a gripping scene with raw emotion. The intro speaks volumes of truth that pushes the underlying issue of not knowing what it is to be a black man in America. The duo describes their personal everyday struggles as well as societal struggles. From racism and injustices to violence and murder, from lack of support and children to educate, J. Waiters and John Jigg$ unleash a compelling blend of vocals and lyricism hopeful to ignite a revolutionary spark. How can you overcome life’s distressing genocides while living black? Watch “Walk a Mile” and connect with J. Waiters below.

J.Waiters has released some smooth R&B ballads (Please You) and (Motion Picture) to show why his name shouldn't be overlooked. J.Waiters' latest album, “Choir Trap,” fills that void and blends the new culture of music with R&B. J.Waiters is giving our era songs that are easy to make love to and yet still give us that vibe we like to dance to in the club.

MUSIC

J WAITERS, The Story

J.Waiters is a singer, song writer and rapper born in Chicago, Illinois who moved to Dallas,Texas at a very young age. J.Waiters is on a mission to bring real R&B back to the music scene.

Singing since the tender age of 3, this U.S. Army Veteran has put his 10,000 hours in by blessing stages in some of the biggest cities in America such as Las Vegas, Atlanta, Arizona and of course, his hometown Dallas where he attended most of his grade school.

He has been featured on over 60 radio stations and his music is syndicated all over the world, received numerous awards by prominent members of the community and has collaborated with some of the most decorated musicians in Texas and Grammy award winning producers, but he's just getting warmed up.

Though, he makes his hard work look easy, his road to stardom hasn't been so easy. Growing up in one of the toughest cities in America Chicago Illinois, J.Waiters experienced gun violence, sudden changes in his environment that could have easily taken his life at a very young age. To keep him from becoming another black statistic, his mother kept him active singing in churches, acting and staring in local school plays. He quotes “If it weren’t for my mother, I wouldn’t be the man I am today.”

J.Waiters leaves nothing on the table and takes his career seriously which is why he owns his own entertainment company called Triple D RNB and Dallas Entertainment LLC to ensure he maintains full creative control over his music and brand. This strategic business move has allowed him to fully express his creativity in this ever-changing culture of music and he has no plans of ever stopping.
