Live Jazz & Jams Every Tuesday & Wednesday!
Jazz groups from the 23rd Street Cafe perform at Manayunk Brewery every Tuesday for a Live Jazz Jam Session at 7 p.m. Wednesday nights are Tony Catastrophe's Brews & Blues Jam Session, with music starting at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, December 14th: Hot Cocoa & Confetti
Join Pineapple on Main from 6-9pm for a cozy evening of hot cocoa, candy, and gifts! If you're scratching your head looking for a gift for a teacher, Secret Santa, or to fill stockings, you'll be set here!
Thursday, December 15th: Pints & Presents
Consider this a men's shopping night! From 5-8pm, retailers along Main Street will host this event to help you wrap up holiday shopping for the more important guys in your life. They're sweetening the deal by offering special discounts and a brew or cocktail at each stop! Better yet, show your receipt at Lucky's Last Chance from any of the stores listed for $2 off any draft of your choice!
Friday, December 16th: PJs & Popcorn
Bring the little ones to Pineapple on Main for a joyous evening! There will be movies, snacks, drinks, and PRIZES for Most Festive family and children's pajama sets! We predict lots of adorable cheer to ensue!
Saturday, December 17th: Lunch with Santa
Have lunch at Manayunk Brewery and have your photo taken with Santa from 1-3! Wear your holiday best. A children's menu is available for the wee ones.
Manayunk Meals + More
The Manayunk community is coming together beautifully for this neighborhood-wide meal drive. Up to ten restaurants are uniting in an effort to provide 900 holiday meals to Manayunk's residents in need, such as the senior and disabled population.
Manayunk Meals + More is a collaboration between North Light Community Center and Intercommunity Action. Canned goods, non-perishable foods, and toiletries are collected by retailers in boxes throughout the holiday season, and at the Rudolph Run.

Thanks4Giving Clothing Drive: Through December
Thanks4giving is a locally organized clothing drive that redistributes gently used clothing. ADVENT Consulting LLC and local community organizations are joining together to help clothe those less fortunate, accepting clean clothing, footwear, and outerwear through the end of the year.
2016 is the third year of the Thanks4giving clothing drive and it brings a record number of drop off locations. Donations will go to Impact Thrift and benefit North Light.
Over 20,000 pounds have been donated since November 2014!
RING IN THE NEW YEAR!
Mad River Bar & Grille: The New Years' Eve Celebration is going down with an open bar from 8pm-2am! A live DJ will be spinning the best tunes, leading up to a champagne toast at midnight. Enjoy the views of the river all night long!
Manayunk Brewery: Celebrate with craft beer, multiple rooms & DJs, dancing all night long, great food, shaken drinks, premium open bar, and 1,000 new friends to ring in 2017 with. General admission and VIP tickets are available.
