Getting Started with LionPerks
As a member of the Penn State Alumni Association, you have access to LionPerks, our discount platform that offers countless deals from national brands, local businesses, and more.
To begin, visit PSAA.perkspot.com, or check your email inbox for an invitation from cs@perkspot.com. (Check your junk folder if you do not see it.)
Once you click through the email or visit PSAA.perkspot.com, you'll be taken to this login screen. LionPerks automatically creates an account for you with the preferred email address you use with the Alumni Association. (If you’re a brand-new member, it may take up to a week for your LionPerks account to be created.)
The first time you visit LionPerks, you'll need to activate your account by creating a password. Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen (or click here).
Once you set your password, login at PSAA.perkspot.com.
On your first login, you'll need to verify your account. (Future logins will not require this step.) Just enter the preferred email address you use with the Alumni Association and you’ll be sent a confirmation email.
Open the email, click the “Verify Your Account” link, and you’ll be logged in.
Now that you're logged in, it's time to search for some great offers.
Select specific categories to help tailor perks to fit what you're looking for.
LionPerks' homepage is full of sections to explore. Be sure to keep an eye out for Premium Perks, which is updated and personalized just for you on a daily basis.
Once you land on an offer you like, click the offer icon and you'll be directed to the offer page. You can click "Save Offer" to add it to a list to return to, or "Shop Now" if you're interested. After clicking "Shop Now", you'll be taken outside of LionPerks to the website affiliated with the partnering company.
Looking for some customer support assistance? If you ever have a question while using LionPerks, click the "Chat" icon located on the bottom right of your screen to enter the customer service function.
