Orcutt Academy Spartan Newsletter March 24, 2023

Hello Spartans,

We need to remind everyone of the closed campus policy here at Orcutt Academy High School. Students and visitors are not allowed to enter or leave campus without checking in through the front office. Students who leave campus without being checked out properly are subject to school discipline. This is an important policy set up to keep our students and staff safe. We appreciate you working with us as safety is always our top priority.

If you have not been able to attend the Spring Production of “Spamalot”, it is not too late. There are three shows next week (3/30, 3/31, 4/1) that you will be able to attend. You can still get tickets at the Orcutt Academy High School Business Office between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday this next week.

We are just two weeks away from Spring Break! Please remember that during the week of April 3-April 6, we will be on a unique schedule due to state testing. We are including that schedule in the Newsletter for your reference. We will also be sending out more reminders as we get closer.

Did you miss SBCEO’s first Education Spotlight - a series of community conversations on issues impacting children and youth in Santa Barbara County? This first Spotlight focused on the fentanyl crisis that has led to increased rates of adolescent addiction, poisoning, and accidental overdose deaths. You can view it here:
