A Letter From Head Coach Todd Doebler
Harris,
Congratulations on being recognized with the 2022 National Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship and Leadership Award, considered by many to be the highest honor in all of intercollegiate tennis.
It has been a great honor to watch you grow into an amazing senior captain for our team. We can’t thank you enough for all you did for the program both on and off the court. Being honored with this prestigious award reinforces what your peers, coaches, and teammates have seen in you over the last four years.
We all admired that you were willing to put the team goals first and were committed to leading by example on a daily basis. You have been an inspiration to many with the way you conducted yourself with class even in the most competitive of situations.
Again, congratulations on winning this prestigious award, and thanks for the lasting legacy you are leaving here at Amherst.
