Trail mix cookies are a great treat to enjoy during the winter months. These cookies can be made with a variety of ingredients to fit one's liking.

The ingredients for this recipe include three cups oats, one and a half cups flour, one and a half cups unsalted butter, two eggs, one cup brown sugar, one cup dried cranberries, one cup white chocolate chips, one teaspoon baking soda, one teaspoon vanilla extract, one teaspoon ground cinnamon and a half teaspoon salt.
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Then, combine the butter, eggs and brown sugar in a mixer or bowl. While mixing, add in the baking soda, ground cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract.
Next, stop mixing to add in the oats. Continue mixing until the ingredients are fully combined. Then, stop mixing to add the flour.
While mixing, add in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Once the ingredients are fully combined and the dough is formed, use an ice cream scoop to place the dough on parchment paper. Then, bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool for five minutes before serving.
