We are hurtling towards the end of this academic year and the children are continuing to be superstars. They are all continuing to work as hard as ever producing some amazing work, to the point where I have had to re-order some more of my shiny Headteacher awards stickers!
It was great to see so many of you at the transition meeting welcoming all the children starting Reception in September. It is fantastic to see so many from Nursery continue into Reception, and we welcome those who are starting from other settings.
There was even some breaking news in KS1!
HOUSEPOINTS
School life
Year 6 went on a walk to Laurence Jackson this week, with the MFC Foundation. This made sure that the children could safely walk the route for those that are starting there in September.
Reception have been talking about keeping healthy this week and have been tasting vegetables.
Some of the children have been getting into the Euro's spirit, cheering on England to be part of a video with several other schools. Watch out for the video on Saturday once they have finalised it. Come on England!
Nursery children have been visiting Reception again so that they can see what life in Reception is like. They have had a fantastic time.
