Slam City Sports Prep offers educational, personal development and sports programs to provide students an option to further develop and prepare for increased opportunities into college and other post-secondary options.
Who should attend?
Home-school students (6-12th grade) seeking opportunities to compete in basketball training, development, and events.
High School Seniors who have completed their High School athletic eligibility yet need additional credits to graduate with a High School Diploma.
Post-Graduate students who have graduated from High School and want to further develop their athletic skills and gain academic and real-world skills to better prepare for the next step.
What Athletic Programs are offered?
Athletic programs are rigorous to best prepare student athletes for the next level. Extensive performance training; skills training and development; training in sports knowledge and strategy; and how to best function as a team player.

What Academic and Elective programs are offered?
Core Classes for High School Graduation: High School Students needing core classes for High School graduation, online classes through an accredited institution will be provided. Support in getting registered and receiving tutoring and support to successfully complete required courses.
SAT and ACT Prep Courses: High School Students and Prep Students, SAT and ACT preparation courses will be provided to support students in achieving required scores to increase admission opportunities for various post-secondary options.
Sports Marketing Courses: High School and Prep Students will receive a comprehensive Sports Marketing course to equip the necessary knowledge and skills for career opportunities within the Sports Marketing industries. Cooperative work experiences and internships with job embedded curriculum provides students maximum learning opportunities.
Personal Development Life Skills Courses: Students will receive a variety of personal life skills courses to best prepare them to have the necessary skills to be effective in their character affecting their personal, athletic and professional future. Specific areas of focus include: Work Ethic, Empathy and Listening, Leadership, Finance Management, Problem-Solving, Communication, Organization and Goal Setting, Wellness, Building Character, Inclusive and Resiliency.
Career Development: Students will participate in job shadowing, internship and cooperative learning opportunities. Students will enhance work skills and learn how to build a resume and effective interviewing techniques.
Community Service: Students will participate in community service projects to learn the valuable skills in citizenship and giving "back" to best support the local community. Through these experiences, students gain empathy, compassion and selflessness.

Tuition - $18,500 for the year
