He was born in 1991 in the village of Mollaoglu, Marneuli, Georgia. Ariz’s mother is a math teacher. He lost his father at an early age. Ariz lived with his brother and mother.

Ariz attended secondary school. He was one of the outstanding students at school and he successfully finished it in 2007.

Later, he graduated from Tbilisi Humanities University, Faculty of European Studies with honors.After graduating from the university he returned to the village. Ariz thought that education was not enough to bring changes to society.

He decided to establish a community center that would serve the people of the village.
He created a Mollaoglu Development Center in a room in Mollaoglu High School.With the help of this center, many young people in the village participated in various projects. They took part in numerous contests and received awards.

The center soon became the central part of his life.

After graduating from the university he returned to the village. Ariz thought that education was not enough to bring changes to society.
In 2017, with the help of Kamran Efendiyev, his childhood friend, he built a small building near his home to expand the center.

Very soon, Kamran Efendiyev also turned his house garage into a community center (Khuldara Public Resource Center).

And as a result, Mollaoglu Development Center and Khuldara Public Resource Center became the NTI - New Thinking Institute.
