Dress Code

It is the responsibility of each member, their family, and their guests to adhere to the Club’s dress requirements and technology guidelines.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Attire

• Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times except in the locker room and pool areas
• Cut-offs and torn clothing are not permitted in the Clubhouse.
• Swimwear is permitted in the pool and locker areas only.
• Proper golf and tennis attire may be worn in all areas except during evenings in the Catalina Room where appropriate club attire is required.
• Men shall remove hats in all restaurant/bar areas of the Clubhouse

Staff are unable to serve those who are not in compliance with the dress code.

Technology Guidelines

No audible cellular phones, pagers or similar electronic devices are permitted to be used in the clubhouse, in the restaurant/bars, on the golf courses, practice areas, exercise rooms, or on the tennis courts. Such devices are permitted if set to noiseless notification modes for incoming calls. Cellular phones conversations are not permitted within the confines of the clubhouse/lodge and should only take place in areas where such conversations will not disrupt golf or tennis play, or disturb other members or guests.

Conduct

The behavior and appearance of Members, guests and visitors should follow common rules of etiquette and courtesy. Proper respect of Club property, other Members and their property, guests and Club staff is expected. Misconduct on the part of any Member, the member’s family and his or her guests is subject to review by the Review Committee and may be the basis for suspension and/or termination of membership. Members are always responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Guest Rules

• A guest must be accompanied by a Member, unless the guest has a Guest Privilege Card.
• Each guest must fill in the sign-inregister completely.
• Each Member is responsible for completing the guest register. The Member shall be charged the applicable fee for each guest.

Guest Golf Rules

• All guests must be registered in the Golf Shop before play. Guests are allowed to use the practice facilities on day of play. Residents of Ventana Canyon who are not members of the Club are not allowed to play or use the practice facility unless they are a guest of a member.
• An individual, who is a Tucson resident, shall be permitted to play golf as a guest not more than twice each calendar month, not to exceed eight (8) times per calendar year, including member sponsored events. The only exclusion is the Ladies Hole In The Wall and the Men’s Member/Guest Shootout.
• An individual, who is a non-resident of Tucson shall be permitted to play golf as a guest not more than eight (8) times per calendar year.

The Pool

The pools are operated for the benefit of Members their guests and Lodge guests. It is open for use year round. Pool hours are posted at the pool building. Details regarding utilization of the pool areas may be obtained from the Details regarding utilization of the pool areas and guest fees may be obtained from the Membership Manager. Any member interested in a special function at the pool should contact the Director of Catering.

Conduct and Attire

Improper conduct will not be tolerated and will be subject to disciplinary action. Cut-off jeans are not permitted as swimwear. Swimwear is permitted in the pool areas and locker rooms only. Children who are not toilet trained are not allowed in the pools when not wearing a sealed diaper. All pool rules and regulations are posted in both pool areas.
