Step 1. Open a Session and Connect to the nearest PAREDN Gateway BBS. Make sure you are on the correct frequency and available mode.
Step 2. Start the session and check if there are any available BBS Personal Mail or Bulletins.
Step 3. When sending a Bulletin using Winlink Express addressed to all stations that uses the PAREDN BBS, use BULL/ALL@PHL . Other Categories like BULL/CLUBCALLSIGN@PHL can also be used but initial setup is needed. Just send a mail to dw1irf@winlink.org for info.
Step 4. When sending to a local packet station, use the Callsign@BBS H-address. Example, sending to DW3GSZ . . . use address (DW3GSZ@DU3FS.CEL.LUZ.PHL.ASIA), sending to DZ4E use (DZ4E@DW1OTT.CAL.LUZ.PHL.ASIA) .
