Racing to 10. We had to think about addition and making different ways to get to number 10. We thought about the numbers we had first, then and now. It was great fun to see who would get to the finish first. We tried different ways and some of us started to to think about what the maths stories would look like.

Zayan painted the flag of Georgia. He is amazing, and can recognise most countries and most flags.
Looking carefully at the past. We talked about Queen Victoria who was on the throne when there was a Great Fire inNewcastle. Queen Elizabeth the 2nd is the longest reigning Queen.
