My Artwork Digital Imaging - Semester 1

(Ai Weiwei's dropping a Han Dynasty Urn) I really like the strong, yet subtle contrast of the green, and how it emphasizes the urn. The toughest part was coloring in all the little pieces in the third image.

(MojoJojo) I chose a unique cartoon character that I don't think a lot of people know because it makes it even more special for those who do recognize him. This was made with Illustrator.

I have always really liked this style of art, so I enjoyed the opportunity to alter the original image to look like this. Many layers have to be applied to achieve this look.

This is the same style of art as the former picture. I chose a turtle because it is one of my favorite animals.

I was undefeated against my friend Shane at 8 ball pool on iPhone messaging when I made this. Notice how he is holding an L.

The contrast of many colors makes this visually appealing. I liked the freedom to color it in however we wanted.

This is probably the most complicated project I've worked on. There are many different elements that needed to come together to achieve the finished product.

I think Kelloggs could use this logo with some sort of Christmas or nature theme. This is one of the first advanced projects we did with Illustrator.

Many of Mr. Nuttall's students make photoshopped images of him so I wanted to contribute with an image of my own.

My group and I think this video does a great job of embodying Ai Weiwei. It was the perfect video to introduce him in our presentation, which is found below. Every group had to select an artist and provide a short presentation to the class.

Before and After. When I first joined this class, I was excited that I might get to learn how photos are restored, so it was fun to have the chance to restore a photo that was originally very poor.

This is another photo that we restored. I removed many of his blackheads, changed his right eye, made his eyebrows bushier, and took out the scratches in the picture.
