USE

INSIGHT

LEAVE PHASE

  • Only one applicant will get the job
  • That means that most applicants will experience rejection after using Praice
  • Might cause people to project negative feelings onto Praice
SUMMARY

CONCLUSION

  • Our persona is out of her comfort zone during the majority of her user journey
  • Discomfort might exclude certain types of users, and as such companies
  • Persona discomfort pertains to necessary core functionality in the Praice service (asking for favours & being judged)
  • But there are low hanging fruit changes that can be easily implemented and would quickly improve the user experience.
TIPS

LOW HANGING FRUITS

  • Remove the possibility of unchecking the access to personal data-box
  • Make it more clear that self rating doesn’t count toward your final score
  • Make it clear that Praice sends a group message to Facebook contacts selected simultaneously
  • Make text on the purpose of Praice more selfexplainatory, both on the landing page and in default messages to Facebook contacts
  • Autosend encouraging emails to rejected applicants
