The piece was showcased on four large video screens accompanied by quadraphonic sound, with the audience seated on a small train that moved between the four screens. The artwork was also presented as an installation featuring four TV monitors positioned in a circle around a revolving chair. Each person experienced the work individually, with a duration of twenty minutes per session. The journey to collect the material for the installation took the artists through Switzerland, Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Pakistan, India, Thailand, The Philippines, and the USA. Throughout the trip, filming occurred based on the chance ringing of an unobserved alarm clock. When the alarm rang, the artists filmed in four directions for seven minutes each time. The different sequences were later edited using a similar random procedure. The resulting video sequences were also used in a performance work, and the audio material was released as a record and CD with the title Audiodrome. A Phauss project.
